Delivery times indicated below do not include possible order processing time of up to two business days. However, orders received before 2PM EST Monday through Friday are typically sent the same day.
While we try to ensure that only in-stock items are available to order there are occasions when some merchandise may be oversold. You will be notified if an item is unavailable for shipment.
FedEx is our carrier for physical addresses and the United States Postal Service is used for US PO Boxes.

BagGames.com is committed to providing fast and reliable processing of your order. We begin processing your order immediately. This short processing window makes cancellations of orders difficult. Please read further for details regarding returns.
BagGames.com extends a 30-day guarantee for all orders.
All unopened merchandise may be returned to us for a refund less the original shipping charges.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of defective merchandise or a shipping error.
Any "open-box" returns will be assessed a 20% restocking/repackaging fee.
All returns must include a copy of the packing slip or other document indicating the order number and purchaser's name. Returns should be sent to:
